You need one piece of information to start creating an MSS account, a Personal Identification Code.

Where to find your Personal Identification Code

We'll need to know

• Your preferred contact details so we know where to send the codes
• Three pieces of information from the following list:
• Full name
• Date of Birth
• Full address
• Member number
• Payroll number

Choose a memorable username and password as you will need them every time you log into MSS.

For an extra level of security, you'll need to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). This means each time you log in, you'll need to provide the 2FA code as well as your username and password.

You can choose to receive codes by text message (SMS) or by using an Authenticator app.

Once this is completed, you'll see a button to take you to signing in. This will return you to the Login page, where you can now log into MSS.

If you’ve been unable to register – it might be because you already have an account on MSS. You can check and regain access with these steps:

Recover your username

• Click the Log In/Register button in the top right-hand corner
• Click on the Forgotten Username link and follow the instructions.

Recover your password

• Click the Log In/Register button in the top right-hand corner
• Click on the Forgotten Password link and follow the instructions.
